I questioned the beat at first, thinking that maybe we can make the kick harder, or the snare more aggressive, but then I realized that the intention was sort of classic. Then I thought, different snare. Tried to think of changes, and quite frankly, I wouldn't. Well, mabe bringing the kit up just a little bit, but after that, this track has satisfied me!

It's a nice track
For me, I think it could do a lot more than where it is. IMO also, I think the snaps need to be hotter as they'll totally get lost once a vocalist comes on this. Also think there needs to be more distinction for the hook as I can't really tell where it falls.

Think the mix and vocals need work. It sounds like half the time, the background vocals are in front of the lead. The vocal mic sux and the track somewhat basic though classic etc etc.
A lot of the lyrical content seems unnecessary but whatever.
It was ok overall. Not my taste.

I feel there is too much compression on this entire track that certain things just drop out and come in unnecessarily. I also cant feel the bass either. It's ducked sooo far under the entire track!

IMO the mix is a little overbearing in the bass end and while that's intentional in this type of music, it just seems like it's too dirty aka too much. So far it is a nice song but I think it could benefit from more additional parts like pads or something idk.

....though I think the snare could come out a little bit more and it seems that on a few parts that the piano is clashing acoustically on the downbeat of every first beat; probably somewhere around frequency range of about 500 - 800 Hz. At the point is where I hear some mud. Then again, these speakers I'm listening on aren't the best. I'd still check it out though.
